Need to update the credit card linked to your subscription? The process is fast and secure. Follow the step-by-step guide below:
- Click on your profile picture, located in the top right corner of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu, click on “Billing”.
- At the top of the page, you will see the Payment Method section with your current card. To change it, first click on “Add Card”.
- You will be securely redirected to the Stripe environment (our payment partner). There, simply enter your new card information to complete the replacement.
- Then, when you return to the Niara screen, remove the previous card (if you wish).
It is important to emphasize that you don’t necessarily need to delete the old card. Niara allows you to keep more than one card saved.
This way, you can choose which one will be the default card for charges and switch between them whenever it’s best for you.
Done! Your billing details will be updated for the next renewals.
Note: Enterprise clients who pay via Wire Transfer or other manual methods should contact our support team directly (via chat or email) to request the update of details for future invoices.
