To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
- In the top right corner, click on your name and then click on My Account.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Cancel Subscription”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Guaranteed access: You don’t lose access immediately. Your account will remain active, and you can use all your credits and features until the last day of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- Your data is safe: Niara takes security seriously (Zero Data Retention). Your data never trains our AI (except in Enterprise contracts, with a specific agreement). After your cycle ends, your projects and history will become inactive but will be kept temporarily in case you decide to reactivate your account in the future.
If the reason for cancellation is a lower demand this month, remember that you can always Downgrade to a more basic plan instead of canceling entirely, keeping your history and Brand Voice settings intact.
