How to Upgrade (Increase your plan)
If you need more credits, access to advanced features (such as Bulk Content), or more seats for your team, an upgrade is the ideal solution.
- Log in to your Niara account.
- In the top menu, click on your name or photo, and then click on “Plans” in the dropdown menu.
- You will see the plans table and your current plan.
- Choose the new plan that best meets your needs (Team, Scale, or Enterprise) and the frequency (Monthly or Annual).
- Review the payment information and click Confirm.
What you need to know about Upgrading: The change is immediate. You will receive the new credits and access right away. The amount charged will be proportional (prorated) to the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
How to Downgrade (Decrease your plan)
If you need to adjust your budget or temporarily reduce your production volume, you can downgrade your plan.
- Follow the same path: access your account > click on your name at the top right > and then “Plans”.
- Select a lower plan than your current one.
- Confirm the change.
What you need to know about Downgrading: Unlike an upgrade, a downgrade does not happen immediately. You will continue to enjoy the limits and resources of your current plan until the end of the current billing cycle. The new plan (and the new price) will only take effect on your next renewal date.
Niara Tip: If your current plan meets your needs but you ran out of credits this specific month, there’s no need to upgrade. You can simply buy individual additional credits to keep your production going!
