Keeping your account correctly configured ensures you receive the right notifications and that your team (if applicable) has proper access to Niara’s features.
Step-by-step initial settings
My Account and Plan
To access subscription information:
- In the upper right corner of the dashboard, click on your avatar/name and select “My Account.”
- In this tab, view your current plan status and credit consumption volume.
- Manage plan changes (upgrade/downgrade) directly through this interface.
Billing and Invoices
To ensure the integrity of financial data, please verify the accuracy of your email and personal information.
Important: Billing details must be fully completed before subscribing to a plan so that the invoice can be generated with the correct information.
Member Management
To add collaborators in multi-user plans:
- Access the “Members” tab.
- Invite new users to collaborate on existing projects.
Security and GSC Access
Niara adopts strict security protocols for corporate data protection. Therefore, each invited user must connect their own Google Search Console (GSC) account.
This procedure ensures that only collaborators with active and authorized access to the Google property can view the corresponding metrics within Niara.
