To invite a new user to the account:
- In the top right corner, click on your name or photo and then on Members.
- In the user management tab, click the purple Member button.
- Enter your collaborator’s email address.
- Click on Send Invitation.
They will receive an email with a link to create a password and access the Niara account.
To remove a user from the account:
If a collaborator leaves the project or the agency, you can revoke their access in seconds, ensuring your data security.
- In the same user management tab, locate the user in the list.
- Click the red Remove button next to their name.
- Confirm the action.
Their access will be blocked immediately.
