What is Bulk Content and how does it work?

You don’t need advanced technical skills. Simply follow the easy steps to download the template, fill in the data, and validate it on the platform—the content will be generated automatically.

How to use the feature: step by step

Step 1: Starting the Generation

In Niara’s side menu, go to Bulk Content and select the type of content you want to generate: title, meta description, or product description.
Name your file to make it easier to organize later.
Choose the output language.

Niara Tip: You can provide information in Portuguese or Spanish and ask Niara to generate the description in English. Our AI handles recognition and translation automatically!

Step 2: Preparing Your Spreadsheet (Template)

For Niara to generate perfect descriptions, we need basic structured information.

Click Download Template within the tool.
Fill in the columns according to the guidelines (example below for product description):
- Product Name: The commercial name of the item.
- Technical Specification: Raw manufacturer data (dimensions, material, weight).
- Audience (Target Audience): Who is the product for? (E.g., “People looking for comfort while working from home”).
- Keyword: The main search term (SEO).
- Tone of Voice: How does your brand speak? (E.g., Informal, Informative).

Step 3: Upload and Data Mapping

Once the spreadsheet is saved, click Upload File in Niara.
The tool will “match” the columns. If the names are different, simply adjust them manually on the screen.
Check for red warnings: if the tone of voice is not standardized, select one of the options suggested by Niara to proceed.

Step 4: Generation and Processing

At this stage, you have full control over what will be generated:

Selection: Generate all content at once or select only specific items from the list.
Background Processing: After clicking generate, you can leave the screen or perform other tasks. Niara keeps working for you.
Efficiency: We generate about 500 descriptions in just 15 minutes!

Important: processing time may vary depending on the number of records selected.

Step 5: Review and Export

Preview the generated text: Niara inserts the keyword at the beginning and ends with a persuasive CTA (Call to Action).
Click Export to download the final spreadsheet.
Final Review: We always recommend a quick read to validate unique details of your business before uploading to your CMS.

Requirements and best practices for bulk generation

Result Integrity: For Bulk Content to work correctly, you must use the official templates available for download in Niara. Uploading a non-standard file will result in processing failure.
Batch Management: Niara generates a maximum of 500 pieces of content at a time. Even if you upload larger files (e.g., 1,000 items), Niara will process them in fractions to ensure quality.
Hallucination Prevention: Niara’s accuracy depends on the input. Critical technical specifications (voltage, material, measurements) must be explicitly filled in the input spreadsheet to prevent the tool from filling gaps with generic knowledge.
Personalization: In addition to the specs in the spreadsheet, add your Brand Guide in “Project Settings.” By entering your tone of voice, mission, and values, Niara automatically applies these parameters to all bulk generations.

Plan Limits

Bulk Content is available in all Niara plans, with different usage limits:

Scale Plan: Limit of 500,000 words per month (specific to this feature and shared among team members).
Team Plan: Limit of 150,000 words per month (specific to this feature and shared among team members).
Solo Plan: Limit of 60,000 words per month shared between ChatSEO, Tasks, and Bulk Content.
