Security and organization go hand in hand. When you invite people to your Niara account, it is essential to ensure that everyone has access only to what they need to perform their work.
Currently, we work with practical permission levels for your daily routine:
- Admin: Has full control over the account. Can access all projects, manage billing (cards and invoices), change plans, and invite or remove any team member. This is the ideal role for agency managers or marketing leaders.
- Basic: The focus here is operation. This user can create content, use ChatSEO, execute the Content Flow, access the Authority Map, and work within the Projects they have access to. However, they do not have access to the Billing area, cannot change the plan, and cannot delete the workspace.
