If you have reached the seat limit of your current plan, starting from the Team plan, you can add extra members individually.
How to add and pay for an extra seat:
- In the top right corner, click on your name or photo and then on Members.
- When trying to invite a new user beyond your limit, the system will notify you that an extra seat needs to be added.
- The Niara team will receive your request via support chat and will inform you of the value for each extra member, depending on your subscription plan.
How billing works: The cost of the additional member will be charged to your registered credit card. If you are in the middle of your billing cycle (monthly or annual), we will only charge the proportional amount (pro-rata) for the remaining days until the next renewal. From the next cycle, the extra member’s fee will be added to your regular invoice.
